A little help, whenever you need it.

Catwalk Wholesale Connect is developed and operated by Ctrl Alt Del Limited. It creates product listings from your Catwalk orders, with photos, descriptions and sizes already filled in. Choose an order, check your prices and add your products to Shopify.

Connect your account

Open the app from your Shopify admin and choose Connect Catwalk. Sign in on the Catwalk website with the account you used to place your orders, then approve the connection. Your password stays on Catwalk.

Find a missing order

Check that you connected the same Catwalk account used for the order, then choose Check for new orders. If an order is waiting for payment or has been cancelled or refunded, open it to see what needs checking.

Prepare your listings

Choose a product from your order. Its photos, description and sizes are filled in for you. Check your prices, then add it to your shop. You can change any details first. If size or pack details are missing, the app will tell you what to check.

Receive stock and buy again

Choose My stock has arrived when your delivery reaches you. The app adds the pieces to your chosen stock location. If you order the same style again, add the new stock to the product already in your shop. Your photos, descriptions and prices stay as you left them.

Disconnect your account

Open Settings in the app to disconnect Catwalk. You can also remove the connection from your Catwalk account. Disconnecting stops the connection; it does not delete products you already created in Shopify.
